Through our Learning Kitchen Programming we:

• Explore the intersection of local agriculture and sustainability through seasonal cooking.
• Highlight the value of seasonal eating and strengthening connections to Kentucky-grown foods.
• Engage with students, faculty, Cooperative Extension Service, and community organizations through educational outreach opportunities around local food and farms.

• Offer hands-on experiences in preparing and enjoying local food.
