What You'll Need:

  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups salad greens, packed
  • 1 bunch Harukei turnips with tops, greens reserved, bulbs thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch breakfast radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 pint strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 garlic scape, sliced
  • ½ cup microgreens or shoots
  • ¼  cup packed mixed herbs (such as dill, cilantro, oregano, basil, and mint)
  • ½ cup toasted hazelnuts, crushed

Directions:

Whisk together vinegar, honey, mustard and remaining oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Toss together greens, turnip bulbs and greens, radishes, strawberries, garlic scape, herbs, and hazelnuts in a bowl. Add dressing and toss to combine. Garnish with microgreens. Serve immediately.
