Pico de Gallo
What You'll Need:
- 2 – 2½ cups grape tomatoes, sliced in halves or quarters based on size
- ½ cup onion, diced
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ bell pepper, diced
- ¼ - ½ cup fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 small jalapeño pepper, minced
- 1 – 2 tablespoons lime juice, to taste
- Salt to taste
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and jalapeno in a bowl. Season with salt and add lime juice to taste. Pico de gallo is best eaten fresh, within 12 hours of making it.
