We work with students in many ways both in the classroom and in the community. Through undergraduate internships, graduate research assistantships, and other activities we create professional pathways for University of Kentucky students.

In addition to providing classroom enrichment, we also offer a transdisciplinary course in food systems (GEN 300: Food Connection). Every fall we guide a group of students from across a wide variety of disciplines through a systems-based exploration of the hot topics shaping our local and global food systems.
